Meet Terri Bell
Two and a half years ago, the people of District 5 entrusted Terri Bell with the responsibility of serving on the Forrest County Board of Supervisors.
An engineer with a Mississippi State degree and an MBA from Southern Miss, Terri brings practical experience, fiscal responsibility, and common sense to District 5. She is the first woman to serve as President of the Board.
Service That Matters
Leadership is personal: helping an elderly neighbor get her trash can to the street, supporting youth baseball, strengthening the South Forrest food pantry, improving county communication, and working to expand EMS access in remote areas.
Terri entered office with a clear vision: make Forrest County the best place to live, work, raise a family and play. She has worked alongside fellow supervisors, county employees, community partners and residents to strengthen county services, encourage responsible growth and create opportunities for families and businesses.
Whether she is helping secure a project that benefits the entire county or assisting one resident who simply needs a hand, Terri believes the most meaningful work begins by showing up and serving people well.
Now seeking re-election in 2027, Terri is ready to build on the progress Forrest County has made and continue moving District 5 forward.
